2026 Small Works Exhibition & Sale
This form must be submitted online by MARCH 13, 2026. OR, you can send an email by March 19 to oldtownguild@aol.com with the required information noted below.

NO ENTRY FEE.
Opening & Reception: Saturday, March 28 from 2 - 4 pm
Exhibition hours: March 29, April 4, 11, 12 from 11 am - 4 pm. Note: this is a special exhibition and will only be open on these three weekends until The Guild opens for the 2026 season on April 25.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Maximum of 3 works may be submitted (applies to Guild members and non-members). 
  • Artwork must be dry when dropped off at The Guild. 
  • EACH WORK must be identified with artist name, title, medium, phone number, and email. Use a label and attach securely to each Work. Please print clearly or you risk: work being misidentified, work not being displayed, or not getting paid.
  • All wall art (paintings, photos, prints, textiles, stained glass, etc.) MUST BE WIRED TO HANG. If not wired when dropped off, they will not be accepted.
PAYMENT: Checks for sold work will be issued in May 2026.

PRICE & SPLIT:  Each Work will be sold at $100. Split is $75 to artist, $25 to The Guild to support Old Town Arts and Crafts Guild Programs. 

ELIGIBLE WORKS: Fine art, photography, and crafts in any medium. Cannot exceed 12" x 12", including frame or gallery wrapped artworks. 

DROP-OFF AND PICK UP IS AT THE GUILD, 28265 MAIN RD, CUTCHOGUE, NY.
DROP-OFF: March 20 and 21 between 11 am - 4 pm
PICK-UP: April 13 between 11 am - 4 pm  NOTE: Work must be retrieved promptly or it will be recycled.
